1. What is the Open & Check Before Pay policy?

Sultan Textiles offers an Open & Check Before Pay policy to ensure customer confidence. You may open the parcel, inspect the fabric, verify the color, and confirm it matches your order before making payment.

This policy allows you to purchase without uncertainty.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide within Pakistan.

You may inspect your parcel under the Open & Check policy before completing payment.

3. Do you offer advance payment options?

Yes. Customers may choose advance payment if preferred. However, the Open & Check Before Pay option remains available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Product & Quality

4. Are the product photos and videos real?

Yes. All product images and videos represent the actual fabric. We use natural lighting and avoid heavy editing to ensure accurate color and texture representation.

We do not use stock images.

5. How do you ensure fabric quality?

Each fabric is carefully selected based on smoothness, thread consistency, color depth, durability, and overall finishing. We do not compromise on quality standards.

6. Will the color match what I see online?

We strive to present colors as accurately as possible using natural lighting. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, but the fabric you receive will match the product shown.

Returns & Exchanges

7. Can I return the fabric after payment?

Returns after payment are accepted only in the case of a genuine product issue, such as a manufacturing defect or a cut in the fabric.

Returns are not accepted for preference-based reasons once payment has been completed.

8. What if there is an issue with my order?

If you experience any issue, contact us immediately. We will address the matter professionally and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund if applicable.
